r.e.s.p.e.c.t back-to-school RALLY

The 25th Annual Back to School Rally "Drive Thru" provided 2,000 book bags filled with back to school essentials and community resources.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T Cease Fire

Cease Fire was designed to reduce inner city gang and youth violence; through mentoring and classroom resources. The Adopt-a-School Program is an extension of Cease Fire. Our goal is to increase school morale and motivate students to increase their level of academic performance. School tours are done through out the school year at elementary, middle, and high schools.

R.e.S.P.E.C.T sAFE sUMMER

The goal is promote safety measures among youth to prevent causalities and fatalities in the home, cars, pools, and while vacationing. Giveaways include bikes, helmets, life jackets, sunscreen, sunglasses, gift cards to the movies, and other kid friendly venues.

R.e.s.p.e.c.t Benefit Concert

Birmingham City Schools choirs and other surrounding schools showcase their chorales. The schools are awarded with a contribution to promote their musical departments.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T fALL FESTIVAL

RESPECT Fall Festival, Pick-A-Treat Drive Thru highlighted the "Hunted"ED" route with a focus on a quality education. We served over 1500 guests with winter gloves, earmuffs, skull caps, scarves, stadium seats and raincoats.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T tURKEY gIVE-awAY

The RESPECT Turkey Give Away averages 300 food boxes given aways that includes a meat, vegetables, etc.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T EGG dROP AND bASKET gIVE-aWAY

Annually Easter baskets, coloring books, crayons, and toys are given away. During 2023 450 baskets were given away.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T BAsketball Camp

Community event-themed, Baskets not Caskets, offering character development with basketball skills and drills for ages 6-18.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T promise

(Professionals .Reaching .Out .Motivating .Inspiring .Students .to. Excel!) Annual awards dinner or luncheon to highlight students for outstanding achievement in academics, sports, music/arts, character, most improved, and community service.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T s.A.I.L.

(Students Accelerating in Learning) A tutoring and mentoring program providing student learning intervention.

r.e.s.p.e.c.t scholarships

Scholarships are offered based on academic achievement, community involvement, and character development.
