     The RESPECT Organization proudly celebrated 30 years of serving our community with heart, purpose, and unwavering commitment to our children. And what better way to mark this milestone than with the soul-stirring sound of unity — “Strike Up the Band.”

     To every student, educator, band director, volunteer, and supporter who made this moment possible — thank you. You helped turn a rally into a memory, a tradition into a movement, and a 30-year milestone into a resounding success.

    R.E.S.P.E.C.T. STILL MARCHES ON, it is with heartfelt excitement that we invite our partners to the upcoming Annual RESPECT Vision Casting Gathering on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at the Bethesda Family Life Center. If your not a partner but interested you are welcome to attend. At this gathering, we will report and reflect on last year’s review and successes on how your contributions assisted. We will also share the vision for the coming year, unveil new initiatives, and recommit ourselves to the work ahead. It would be a great honor to have you join us at the table where a light breakfast will be served.     The Respect Organization proudly presents an Inaugural project in 2026. This project is a salute and celebration to Black History month.  The event is a “A College Musical Extravaganza, The Sounds of Freedom”.  A night of celebrating the freedom of people through the outstanding talents and gifts of this generation.  This event will be held on Sun., Feb. 15th @ 5:00 p.m. featuring HBCU Choirs from all over the state of Alabama: Alabama A & M University, Alabama State University, Stillman College, Talladega College, Miles College and Tuskegee University. You don’t want to miss this night.
